At a time in my life when I had lost all confidence in myself and my ability to regain some level of the health and fitness I enjoyed when I was younger, I was lucky enough to be referred to Jason.

Over the last several months he diligently made training appointments two to three times a week. He came to me so skipping a session was not an option. Even when I didn’t feel up to it, there he was with kettle bells in hand and an encouraging smile on his face.

Jason is a very patient trainer, I can say this because he not only had to contend with me but my 4 and 5 year old sons as well. We spent many hours training with the kids at our feet, sometimes having to take a few minutes to break up a fight, other times watching the kids demonstrate their version of the exercises we were doing. It has been a great learning experience for the boys and has shown them how to make exercise a part of their daily lives.

This week I did something I never thought possible: I completed a mini triathlon. It is because of Jason and his boundless support and encouragement that I completed it, and he was there waiting for me at the finish line. He has inspired me in so many ways; when I had no belief in myself he believed in me. He not only helped me to become stronger and fitter, he taught me ways to eat more healthily, sleep better, and cope more effectively with life in general.

My life is changed for the better forever. Thanks, Jason, for sending me off down my new life path.*


I have had several experiences with physical therapy, strength training, and trainers. Nothing in those experiences truly compares to the immediate and immense impact that Z-fit offers. Currently I’m doing Crossfit, having recently gone from a 2X a week routine to 5 days a week. The stress on the body is noticeable, and tweaks and pinges are common. What Mitchell Osborne is able to do with those tweaks and pinges is anything but common. In a matter of seconds – literally – Mitchell can identify the pain or discomfort as well as its cause, and with a few simple movements and contortions right the wrongs your body is feeling. It’s hard to describe. Black magic voodoo? Perhaps. Invaluable physiological knowledge? Without doubt. Anyone that is considering Z-fit or utilizing the skills of Z-fit trainers, do not think twice. It’s a mind-blowing, body-healing experience that you simply can not get anywhere else. I promise.*


I had set ambitious goals for my first retest of Crossfit total (single workout consisting of a maximum weight lift in Squat, Overhead Press, and Deadlift) and was suffering miserably the morning I was supposed to be achieving them. My squat hadn’t budged, I didn’t even get a press up, and the only thing I had improved was my deadlift. A friend of mine watching me struggle with my press suggested I attend one of Jason’s Z-fit classes and I took him up on the advice two days later and planned to follow it up with another try at CF total. It was too good to be true. I hit a ten pound PR on my squat, ten on my press, and forty on my deadlift all with fluidity. I will be paying very close attention to Z-fit from now on.*

“It has been such a great experience working with Jason these past couple of months!  Jason has pushed me beyond what I thought I could do but in such a positive way! He is kind, caring, positive and so easy to work with- generally, just such a great guy! In addition, he introduced me to Z-health, which I LOVE!  It is so good for me. At first I thought it was like ‘snake oil’ but then I saw results. I actually felt pain be relieved from my hamstrings from the specific Z-drills Jason taught me. I was hooked from that point on! When I want to give up or think I can’t go anymore, I think about this extra time that he has given, that he certainly didn’t have to, and it inspires me to give more than I think I can or possibly could. For anyone who wants to improve their lives by being more balanced, more coordinated, stronger, fitter, thinner, muscular, I encourage them, call Jason. He’s your man! You’ll be swinging ‘light, weightless’ 35 pound iron balls in no time!*











In a nutshell: I’ve lost over 10 pounds (in two months), I’m learning to be more balanced, I’m becoming more coordinated and I’m learning tools to help with pain management.
