Location and Preparation

Z-Fit’s trainers will bring a private personal training session to your home, or you can come to our facilities in the University Mall in Chapel Hill. Come with an open mind and a willingness to work hard and together we make efficient and effective progress toward your desired results.

In the strength and skills phase your trainer breaks down complicated movements into steps to help you develop both agility and power.

The metabolic conditioning phase puts the rubber to the road with the skills and strength you’ve earned. Your Z-Fit trainer will develop a high-intensity workout and teach you to unlock your inner intensity using full-body, multi-joint movements in rapid succession.
